Good to know

Terms & conditions

These terms are intended to be fair and transparent, and nothing in them affects your statutory consumer rights.

Handmade designs and colours

Every bouquet is individually handcrafted, so no two arrangements are exactly alike. We make every reasonable effort to achieve your chosen design and colour palette, but slight variations in colours, flowers and arrangement are part of the handmade nature of buttercream artistry.

Photographs are examples and inspiration rather than an exact guarantee of reproduction. Significant changes requested after booking are subject to availability and may incur an additional charge — always agreed with you first.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible — seven days’ notice before the agreed collection date is preferred wherever possible.

Because bouquets are freshly prepared and made to order, any amount retained from your payment will reflect actual, reasonable losses, taking account of costs saved and steps taken to reduce them. Any refund due will be arranged accordingly. A cancellation within seven days of collection may leave less opportunity to recover costs, but does not automatically mean the full payment is kept.

Changes to the collection date, size, flavour or design can’t be guaranteed, particularly once preparation has begun.

Allergies and dietary requirements

Bouquets are prepared in a home kitchen where allergens are handled and cross-contamination may occur. Depending on the recipe, products may contain regulated allergens including cereals containing gluten, eggs, milk, soya and nuts.

Please tell us about any allergy or intolerance before placing an order — we’ll provide the relevant allergen information for your chosen products before you buy. Where a dietary requirement can’t be safely accommodated, we may need to decline an order.

Storage and freshness

Cupcake bouquets are best enjoyed fresh. Buttercream may soften in warm conditions, so keep your bouquet away from heat sources and direct sunlight.

Storage and consumption instructions are supplied with your order, including refrigeration guidance and the recommended serving temperature, along with the expected shelf life.

Quality and complaints

Great care goes into every bouquet. If you have a concern about your order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally on the day of collection — and include photographs where appropriate. We’ll review the issue and work with you towards a resolution.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory rights if goods are faulty, unsafe or not as described.

Your booking

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you’ve had the opportunity to read these terms and conditions before confirming your order. Any specific arrangements agreed in writing form part of your booking.
