Ordering, collection & the small print
Everything you need before you order — how booking works, prices, collecting your bouquet, and looking after it once it’s home.
Botanical Buttercream is fully registered and insured, and the kitchen holds a 5-star rating issued after inspection by the Environmental Health Officer. All ingredients are excellent quality, fresh and purchased from responsible, reputable suppliers.
No payment is taken on the website. Every order starts as an enquiry, so you always hear from us before anything is confirmed.

Send your order or enquiry
Use the order form on any bouquet page, or tell us what you have in mind on the custom orders page. Include your preferred collection date, bouquet size, colour palette, flavour choices and any special requests or dietary requirements.

We agree the details
All orders are subject to availability. We’ll reply to agree the order details and the price with you — please check your order confirmation carefully and let us know promptly if anything is incorrect.

Full payment secures your booking
Your booking is confirmed once the order details have been agreed and full payment has been received. Your collection date isn’t guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

We hand-pipe your bouquet
Each flower is piped by hand closer to the day, so your bouquet looks and tastes at its best — then it’s ready for you to collect at the agreed time.
