Collection & getting your bouquet home

All cupcake bouquets are available for collection only — delivery and postal services aren’t offered. Your collection date, time and address are confirmed when your order is booked, and the collection details are shared with you privately.

Please arrive at the agreed time. If you think you’ll be late, get in touch as soon as possible so we can talk through other arrangements. And if you can’t collect at all, let us know promptly — any revised collection time is subject to availability.

Cupcake bouquets are delicate edible creations and should be handled with care. Before you collect, make sure you have a suitable, level space in your vehicle — avoid sloping surfaces and warm spots.

Once collected, keep the bouquet level and away from direct sunlight, heat and sudden movement. We can’t be responsible for damage caused by handling, transport or storage after collection — though this doesn’t affect your rights if something was wrong before you collected.
